What is Wool Crush?
Wool Crush is a mobile yarn sliding puzzle game developed by Astrasen PTE. LTD. (Singapore). Launched in August 2025, it has grown to over 5 million downloads with a 4.66★ rating.
Each level fills a grid with colored yarn blocks, each stamped with a directional arrow. Tap a block to slide it — when two same-colored blocks collide they merge and wind onto the matching bobbin. Early levels ease you in with 2–3 colors; expert levels demand multi-step chain reactions across 6+ colors.
The game is updated bi-weekly with new levels. This launch guide focuses on Levels 1-201 with spoiler-free tips and full step-by-step solutions.
How to Play · General Strategy Tips
- Read every arrow first. Each block slides in only one fixed direction. Scan the whole board before tapping anything — knowing the paths prevents accidental dead ends.
- Find the clear-path pair. Look for two same-colored blocks with an unobstructed line between them. That's your first move, every time.
- Prioritize blocked colors early. If a color's path is about to be cut off by another sliding block, clear it before it gets trapped.
- Think in chain reactions. The best move sets up two or three merges in a row. A single slide that only clears one pair is rarely optimal on hard levels.
- Use the walkthrough when you're genuinely stuck. Try the quick tips first. If that doesn't work, the full solution is always there.
